The unit we are staying in is 212W which is on the 2nd floor, with "W" representing the west building. It is conveniently located above the pathway leading to the BBQ area, followed by one of the three pools and then the beach. The balcony is furnished with comfortable rocking chairs, providing a relaxing spot to socialize and enjoy the surroundings. From the balcony, there is a partial view of the beach and the pool, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere.

From the condo unit, you have the option to access the pool and beach via either the stairs or the elevator. We prefer taking the stairs, as it's a quick and convenient option, especially for short distances like one flight up or down. It not only saves time but also provides a bit of exercise. When using the stairs, it takes approximately 50 seconds to reach the pool and 90 seconds to get to the beach, making it an efficient and accessible way to enjoy the amenities and surroundings of the condo complex.

Upon arriving at the condo, we proceeded to the front gate where we checked in and acquired a parking pass for $30, as well as wristbands for $6 each. The entire property, encompassing the parking lot and extending to the beachfront, is enclosed by a fence and requires an access code for entry and exit. This security measure provides us with a sense of safety and peace of mind for both our vehicle and our personal well-being while on the premises. In addition to the gated access, there are security guards present 24/7 who conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of the entire property. Their continuous presence and periodic checks further contribute to the overall feeling of safety and security within the condominium complex.

The property features three pools, with the main larger pool located between the two buildings, and two smaller identical bean shaped ones situated on the sides of the buildings. The pool closest to our unit is heated, offering added convenience. Each pool has its own access gate to and from the beach, providing easy and direct access. Additionally, there are showers located by the gate to rinse off sand from the body and feet after a day at the beach. Furthermore, there is a shoe rack at each beach access point, allowing guests to leave their sandals behind as they head to the beach. To ensure comfort and relaxation, there are plenty of lounge chairs available at each pool for sunbathing and unwinding. The pools are right by the beach, offering a clear view of the ocean. Guests can relax by the pool, listen to the calming waves, and feel the cool sea breeze. The beautiful beach views create a peaceful atmosphere for guests to enjoy.

Nearby each smaller pool there are 2 BBQ grills (charcoal based) and a picnic table, providing a convenient spot for outdoor cooking and dining.

The 212W unit is conveniently located in close proximity to the tennis court, which is situated on the west side of the condominium property. This short distance allows for quick and easy access, taking less than a minute to walk from our unit to the tennis court. This close proximity makes it convenient for residents of the 212W unit to enjoy recreational activities at the tennis court without having to travel far.

The tennis court has recently undergone resurfacing (November 2024), ensuring a smooth and high-quality playing surface. In addition to its primary function, the court has been designed to accommodate two pickleball courts, providing guests with versatile recreational options. For pickleball enthusiasts, the property offers two sets of four paddles and eight balls for use, ensuring that guests have access to the necessary equipment for an enjoyable game.

Adjacent to the tennis and pickleball courts, there are two shuffleboard courts, further expanding the range of activities available. The property provides four cues and sixteen discs for guests to use, allowing for friendly competitions and leisurely games. This variety of amenities caters to different interests and ensures that guests have access to a range of recreational activities during their stay.
