The complex consists of four five-story buildings, three of which showcase breathtaking beach views, while the fourth offers a partial beach view overlooking the inland surroundings. The unit we are staying in is 4205, located in Building 4. Situated on the second floor, it offers easy access via both the staircase and elevator. This spacious 1,300+ sq. ft. condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, providing plenty of room to unwind. Hosted by Kelly and her parents, the condo has been beautifully renovated, with everything looking fresh and comfortable. Upon entering, guests are welcomed by a light, refreshing scent that enhances the inviting atmosphere.

One of the things we love most about this unit is the expansive balcony. It’s spacious enough to accommodate a giant swing loveseat bench chair—our absolute favorite spot to relax—along with two additional sets of brand-new tables and chairs, thoughtfully purchased to replace the previous white set. From this balcony, you can take in breathtaking views of both the sunrise and sunset, with a glimpse of the beach adding to the serene ambiance. Whether you're enjoying breakfast or unwinding with a drink, it’s the perfect place to soak in the beauty of the surroundings.

The complex features a clubhouse with a pool, sauna, a ping pong table, and 2 bathrooms. It also includes a fully stocked kitchen and a cozy lounge area with a TV, sofas, tables, and chairs—perfect for relaxing or socializing.

From the beach by the condo, we enjoyed a variety of activities, including kite flying, fishing, swimming, sun bathing and peaceful walks along the shore. We also had the incredible experience of watching rocket launches and seeing cruise ships set sail one by one, adding to the magic of this beautiful coastal spot.

The Cocoa Beach Pier is within walking distance from the condo and offers a lively mix of restaurants, shops, bars, and fishing spots. Visitors can also stop by the visitor booth to pick up a Space Coast guide, complete with an area map and money-saving coupons.
